Getting in the spirit of the G20 summit we thought it might be fun to serve a more fun and family-friendly version of salmon, which is what world leaders dined on in London (see story below) to kick off the meetings. Inspired by our Main Dish: News of the day story about banishing beef burgers from the cafeteria, we thought we'd offer up this salmon burger recipe that's fun and full of flavor.
