Farmers Change Cows' Diets to Cut
Cow Burps and Slash Greenhouse Gas

Some farmers are eliminating corn and soy from their cows' diets so the bovines will belch less, resulting in reduced methane emissions and lower greenhouse gasses. The farmers supply organic milk to Stonyfield Farm, which uses the product in its line of yogurts. Read all about it here in the Baltimore Sun.
